This virtual event is organized by CI Agile and Scrum Mastery Singapore, alongside several Agile Communities in the APAC region. Together as one community, we will learn about the design logics of the Scrum@Scale framework. Be Inspired and understand how to move projects from crisis, stagnant growth to success. We will appreciate the need to be part of this Agile Movement and thrive in this disruptive era.

The Scrum@Scale framework, the brainchild of Dr Jeff Sutherland is a natural extension of the Scrum framework. It is a framework that empowers organizations to achieve business agility and deliver greater impact by scaling the Scrum framework out to teams of teams. Rather than trying to apply a ‘one-size-fits-all,’ turnkey solution to your organization, Scrum@Scale provides a lightweight, adaptable framework that has the ability to adjust to your context, making it customizable to many different industries.

Learn about the best practices to overcome your current challenges from Jeff Stuit so that we can build a winning game plan. Be sure to know the right metrics to measure success (Results vs Process) of a Scrum@Scale implementation or transformation before scaling for the entire organization.
