This virtual event is organized by CI Agile and Scrum Mastery Singapore, alongside several Agile Communities in the APAC region. Together as one community, we will learn about the design logics of the PMI's Disciplined Agile (DA) FLEX.

The DA tool kit provides straightforward guidance to help organizations streamline their processes in a context-sensitive manner, providing a solid foundation for business agility. It does this by showing how the various activities such as Finance, Portfolio Management, Solution Delivery (software development), IT Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Vendor Management and many others work together. DA also describes what these activities should address, provides a range of options for doing so, and describes the trade-offs associated with each option.

About the Speaker:

Al Shalloway is the Director of Thought Leadership for Agile at Scale at PMI and the founder of Net Objectives.

With 50 years of experience, Al has been at the forefront of Flow, Lean, Kanban, product management, SAFe, Scrum and agile software development. Al has distilled and integrated the concepts in these areas to create FLEX (FLow for Enterprise Transformation), a full enterprise approach for manifesting business agility. He is a popular speaker at prestigious conferences worldwide. He is the primary author of books on design patterns, enterprise agile, scrum and agile design. Al has worked in literally dozens of industries over his career. He has a Masters in Computer Science from M.I.T. as well as a Masters in Mathematics from Emory University.
