ScrumRVA May Gathering: Scrum in the Real World - For Beginners & Practitioners
Details
We have received requests to introduce the basics of Scrum and combine this with real world discussions.
You will receive a template of the Scrum Framework to fill out and take notes this evening.
You will walk away with ONE ACTION ITEM that can be put in place back in the real world immediately following this free event.
We will start this event (after food and networking of course!) with an overview of Scrum.
This will allow all of us to set up context for the remainder of the evening... in which all participants will chat about Scrum in the Real World.
This event is for both the beginners in Scrum and the seasoned practitioners and coaches in our local Scrum community.
We will actually use Scrum to learn more about Scrum in the Real World this evening.
This evening will be facilitated by Michael Vizdos (http://www.michaelvizdos.com?ref=MeetUp-May-2017), creator of www.ImplementingScrum.com (https://www.implementingscrum.com?ref=May-2017-ScrumRVA-Meetup) (home of the original chicken and pig cartoons).
Big thanks to our friends at the Scrum Alliance (http://www.scrumalliance.org) for sponsoring our event with food, drinks, and SWAG! :)
