Lean Coffee: Discussing Challenges Facing You and Your Scrum Teams in 2022

We'll self organize using a Lean Coffee approach to discuss your impediments, challenges, and solutions for your Scrum teams. Join our ScrumRVA Organizers, Erin Hill, Mike Vizdos, and Chris Eide as they facilitate an evening of great conversation and learning together. Feel free to bring your favorite beverage, coffee or otherwise, too! ☕

As usual, we'll connect and get to know each other from 6:00-6:30pm. If you're seeking opportunities and/or hiring, please share then.
From 6:30 to 7:15, we'll chat through prioritized topics that you bring in our Lean Coffee session. Depending on the number of participants, we may break into smaller breakout rooms.
From 7:15-7:30, we'll highlight learnings from each breakout room/lean coffee session.
