Diana Larsen is a co-founder, chief connector, and principal mentor at the Agile Fluency® Project. Diana co-authored the books Agile Retrospectives: Making Good Teams Great; Liftoff: Start and Sustain Successful Agile Teams; Five Rules for Accelerated Learning. She co-originated the Agile Fluency® model and eBook, The Agile Fluency Model: A Brief Guide to Success with Agile. From 1993-2019, she guided Agile transitions and self-organizing team development for FutureWorks Consulting. Now, through Agile Fluency Project’s programs for training, mentoring, and supporting agile coaches and consultants, Diana shares the wisdom she’s gained in over 30 years of working with leaders, teams, and organizations
