LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology helps create a different kind of conversation, structured, safe, visual, and concrete.
In this workshop, you won’t just hear about the method.
You’ll experience it.

Through the theme “Building a Healthy Team”, we’ll explore how healthy teams communicate, make decisions, and stay connected when things get difficult.

The workshop will be facilitated by Josipa Borić-Novosel and Leonid Kushnir officially certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® trainers by IntHRface and facilitators from Croatia and the Czech Republic. Two joined forces from Croatia and the Czech Republic.

This is not “playing with bricks” or an open-source tool you can seriously learn from a few videos.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a structured facilitation methodology learned through an official certification process.

You’ll leave with:

• Your own LEGO® bricks set from the workshop
• A first-hand experience of LSP
• Practical insights into healthy teams
• Ideas for creating deeper conversations in groups
• Answers about the LSP certification path.
