Neurodiversity @ Development Teams : Where to start

15-20% of the world population are neurodivergent, yet there is not enough talk about what it means for the workforce. In this talk, Anita will be giving a few ideas how they can better include their neurodivergent team members in everyday work. These practical ideas should be easy to realise to everybody, no matter their knowledge and previous experience with neurodiversity.

Outcomes :
-Break the stigma in / about neurodiversity and make it a topic everybody can discuss
– Increase participants' knowledge about neurodiversity and the most common diagnoses
– Give agilists basic tools they can use and apply when working with neurodivergent
colleagues in their (scrum) teams
