Special guest speaker: Kelly Fidei, PhD, PMP, SCM

Kelly is an Agile Aficionado who has been doing Agile since 2003 and IT Project Management since the mid-90's. She aims to create environments for Agile to emerge as the best of who teams and organizations can be. An Agile Coach and Scrum Master, she also leverages strength-based and whole system approaches for change. Most recently she's doing certifications with The Agile Coaching Institute and the Center for Nonviolent Communication. Industry experience spans financial services, telecommunications, advertising, healthcare, supply chain, manufacturing and online publishing.
