A classic international corporate platform project. "Let's build a CRM platform for all the countries, to have a unified technical solution customizable for their local needs."

Typically built behind closed door, unified to the point everyone is equally unhappy. Countries are used to approach these "These are our local requirements, and we do not care about others' as our needs are special."

But what if you approach such a project in an agile way? While organizing refinement events for all the countries representatives, they started to inspire each other how they do business, and gradually, a boring technical project became an international business transformation.
