Design Thinking - Action Thinking

We are planning to run a design thinking workshop to get together and come up with some actions. Koren Stark will join me to introduce a number of the activities.

We are going to experiement with some ice-breakers
Some online structure for idea generation
Decisions making on idea
Action planning for success

You will need some paper/stickies for this and a pen/marker
