Scrumtisch Aachen Live with Kathrin Wasiak (DPDHL)

This will be our first on-site Scrumtisch Aachen meeting since February 2020! Kathrin from DPDHL will tell us about her agile journey.

Abstract:
We invite you to join us in a conversation about the evolution of business agility at Packstation beginning in 2019. We’ll share our initial steps, starting with a handful of teams embracing a scaled agile framework.
In this session, we aim to discuss the challenges of aligning stakeholder interests, juggling various dependencies such as hardware and software, and meeting budget and time constraints, while striving to maintain focus on the user experience.
We’ll reflect on our collective growth, the hurdles we faced, and the lessons learned about what can bring a team closer or drive it apart. Our approach to information flow was inspired by the three flight levels approach, and we continually reminded ourselves to revisit the basics.
I will also share three retrospective formats that have been beneficial for our teams, along with insights on when they might be most effectively employed.
This meetup is an opportunity for us to learn from each other and to discuss tools and strategies that may enhance our Scrum practices.
