Scrumtisch 2019 Oktober: Kontroverse Diskussion zu "Remote Work"

Zusammen mit Jaromir Hamala (Hazelcast) und Kito Mann (Virtua) gebe ich im September auf der JavaOne einen Vortrag zum Thema "Flexibility, Lifestyle, and Balance: Benefits and Drawback of Remote Teams".

Ich würde das Thema gern beim Scrumtisch diskutieren und einige Vor- und Nachteile beleuchten.

Als Teaser für das Thema der Abstract zum Talk:
"Working from home can be exciting and challenging, but it can also lead to isolation, distractions, and lack of growth. What can be seen as a recognition of your work and a step toward flexibility hides the fact that lack of contact with the team can lead to mistrust and stagnation.
