Format: Dev team and a Product Owner gathers for planning session.

10min - Intro
30min - Planning Session
10min - Review of SCRUM Master's actions
Challenge:
During the planning, SCRUM Master will be facing difficult situations that he'll have to act on. His goal is to make sure that by the end of the session the team can start the spring, in essence the sprint backlog is prioritised and sized.

Overview:
This is the role play workshop where we are running as a software delivery team, presented with the challenging situations and resolving them to the best we can.
