Saturday Dinner at Two Harbors!

A feast fit for a Polynesian king!

This meal will be held at Two Harbors, Catalina after our day of diving. Only those already signed up for our April 27-29 weekend trip to Two Harbors are eligible to sign up for this meal cooked by chef extraordinaire, Doug.

MENU: 14 oz Pineapple-Glazed Pork Steak -or- 10 oz Steak, Coconut & Lime Sticky Rice, Green Beans Almandine, Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, Banana Cake with Spiced Frosting

ALTERNATIVE MEAL: Vegetarian? Not into beef or pork? How about this...Pinneapple & Ginger-marinated Tofu Steak! So tasty!

COST: $13. Please pay for your dinner as soon as you RSVP. Send money to Doug via http://www.paypal.com... (http://www.paypal.com) . Use his email address of: dernst@netzero.net . Send the money as a GIFT (using the "personal" tab) to avoid surcharges.

DEADLINE: You must pay for your food order by 11:30 PM April 19th. Requests made after that date might not be accommodated.

RSVP: IMPORTANT- Please state in your RSVP comment (enabled when you're RSVPing) whether you want the pork steak, beef steak, or tofu steak.

HINT HINT: Bring your own drinks. It's gonna be a fun dinner party! (And if you want to share, the cook prefers white or rosé.)

IMPORTANT: Chairs will be at a premium. Bring your camp chair to sit in (or your dive box).

NEED HELP: The logistics of this meal are large. We'll definitely need help with all the boxes. Please state if you can help transport boxes (from Doug's Mira Mesa home) or help load them onto the boat at San Pedro.

This meal is optional. It is not mandatory to particpate. There is a restaurant, deli, and quick mart in town.
