UPDATE: To avoid overwhelming the kitchen, if some of you could get there even earlier than six and put your orders in, that would be excellent. Procedure is to place your order at the front, then go grab a seat in our meeting room and they'll bring your food in to you. Thanks, Gang!

Come join us at a great Pizza/Italian restaurant (good beer selection) for our semi-regular Happy Hour... with a twist. This month we'll be having two guest speakers to entertain and inform us. These guys actually have something to say!

6-7 pm: Socializing and mixing.

7 pm: Welcome to the Group and intro comments

7:15 pm: Main presentation by Dr. Bill Bushing

Dr. Bill Bushing: Noted Marine Biologist based on Catalina Island, Dr. Bill has been teaching, advocating, taking pictures & video, and diving with Pacific marine life for a dog's age! His presentations are legendary!

Ed Harris: Ed is cancelling. His news WAS going to be that he was running for City Council, but he's thought better of that and decided he actually wants a life with his family instead. LOL. We're looking for a replacement speaker. 10-15 minutes. Know anyone?

We've got our own meeting room booked (on the right of the main room). Oh yeah, attendees get first dibs (notification) on our next Scripps Canyon dive event!
