# Mid‑Week Dive at La Jolla Shores

All skill levels welcome. Easy entry/exit, friendly depths, and a classic San Diego summer dive spot. Let the locals’ season begin.

## ✔ Liability Release (Required Once Per Year)

## 📍 Where

Parking lot near the lifeguard tower. Arrive early to meet other divers and check in with the organizer.

## ⏰ When

See the event header for start time. If you can’t make it, please update your RSVP to “No.”

## 🎒 What to Bring

• Full dive kit (tanks + weights required)

## 🤿 Important Dive Notes

Your hosts are volunteers and will be diving themselves. If you need a guide or training, please contact a professional dive operator. You are responsible for planning and executing your dive with your buddy only.

• Ensure proper weighting
• Complete a full pre‑dive buddy check
• You are responsible for your own safety — not the host, lifeguards, or anyone else

## ⚕ Medical Disclaimer

If you have any medical condition that may affect diving, you must submit a doctor‑signed waiver to Bill Powers (or an organizer) before attending. Undisclosed medical conditions are grounds for removal from the group.
Attendance affirms that:

• You are medically fit to dive
• You have read the Terms & Conditions
• You have submitted a signed Liability Release
• Your buddy has done the same

## ⚠ Organizer Role

Organizers do not assign buddies or lead group dives. Once you arrive, the organizer becomes simply another diver. Plan and execute your dive independently with your buddy.
Your participation confirms your agreement with all rules and disclaimers.
