Sculpt & Flow: HIIT + Yoga Flow
Join me this Sunday for a 60 minute community workout designed to strengthen your body and uplift your soul. We’ll kick things off with a sculpting session that blends Pilates and bodyweight HIIT to fire up the core and glutes, then melt into a yoga flow that opens the heart, improves flexibility, and helps you reset for the week ahead.
