Hi knitters! Third Wednesday means Campbell! Join us any time after 7:00 at the Coffee Society in the Pruneyard shopping center. We'll push a few tables together and get knitty with it. We break at 8 pm for Show & Tell, so bring your finished objects to show off. We look forward to meeting you at Knitting Meetup! WHO WE ARE: SCV Knitting Meetup is a loosely organized group of knitters who meet on Wednesdays at different locations around the south bay, by week. New knitters, new members, and fiber crafters of all ages, abilities, and inclinations are welcome. - Krista / knknitter3 / assistant organizer
All needlecrafts are welcome. Show and tell at 3 pm for finished projects, work-in-progress, books, tools, anything craft related. (It can be chilly in Zanotto's so bring something to keep you warm. ) Free parking lot. To attend, please RSVP. No email reminders for this Meetup.
Let's have a meetup a little farther South & East ... for those of us who live/work over here, and for all the friends who want to join us. This Whole Foods has a large dining area with plenty of room for us. Come join us to knit or crochet (or other craft). Newcomers are always welcome, and we'll do introductions & show-and-tell around 8 o'clock—so bring along finished your objects to show off! ** The meetup is free as always, but please buy a drink or snack at Whole Foods since they're so nice about letting us use the space. **
For the Mountain View folks who can't make it to San Jose, and for everyone else too, Mondays at Panera Bread in Mountain View seems pretty fabulous! All levels welcome—come knitters, come crocheters, or just come by and say hello. If you've never knit (or crocheted) before, just bring a set of needles (or a hook or a loom) and some yarn, we can get you started. This venue has a parking lot and we will usually be in the back of the restaurant. We'll do introductions & show-and-tell around 8 o'clock, so bring along any finished objects you like and we'll ooh and aah over them. ** The meetup is free as always, but please remember to buy a drink or some food from Panera for them generously allowing us to use their space. **
