We'll continue where we left off at the last meetup with the packet of info I provided. If you did not attend the last meetup don't worry, we'll be able to go over what has already been covered as well. But below is an idea of what's in the packet and what we'll be going over.

Meet fellow Real Estate Investors near you! Come to the REISCV Club Meetup to discuss properties on the market, contracts, mortgages and anything else about real estate. All are welcome!
Since we're getting the group back up and running I'd like to make the first couple of meetups more of an organized meet and greet. We'll learn a little bit about each other as well as what we're all looking to get out of the 2hrs or so we're away from our families. I'll solicit some feedback from you all in person and then we'll of course get in to real estate investing. We'll have a topic of discussion or content to share but it will be an open forum to discuss anything REI related.
Some of our objectives as a group will be:
• To get the group going again on a regular monthly meetup
• To be a safe place for those who know nothing about REI and want to get their feet wet or jump right in
• To be an educational resource via the speakers we'll have come in as well as knowledge sharing with other experienced members in the group
• We as organizers aren't selling anything, simply providing a space for REI knowledge sharing
We'll be meeting at Margaritas Mexican Grill in Valencia. When you walk into the restaurant the room we'll be in will be to your right just after the bar area. We'll have our own server for drinks and food as well.
