Women's Circle

Hello Friends,

Feeling adrift in the chaos? Longing for a moment of calm in the madness around you? Join us in this in-person event to honor and process our feelings, ground ourselves, and leave feeling rooted and ready for what lies ahead.

As women, we hold space for others. In a circle, we will close the gap and hold space for each other. We will be led to identify our intentions, recognize our emotions, and learn strategies for regulating them.

Join our community of women. Let’s open our hearts and hold on to the light in the darkness.
