Let's Keep Moving in 2025!

Hello Friends,

Let's keep moving in 2025! Please join me for a walk at Rio del Mar Flats. We will gather in front of the Venus Pie Trap Restaurant at 9:30 am.

Please bring water, a hat and sunscreen. The walk is flat and simple. (About 1-3 miles). Hopefully, the weather will cooperate with us!

Optional, after the walk - Venus Pie Trap offers up coffee, quiche, pastries, avocado toast, etc. https://www.venuspietrap.com/

Given this is a Saturday, please plan on coming a little early to ensure you get a parking space. There are also plenty of places to park nearby.
