After Hours Tour to the elephant seals at Ano Nuevo State Park - FREE

Hello Friends,

I just reserved an After Hours Tour to the elephant seals at Ano Nuevo State Park. I am a docent and lead tours to the elephant seal rookery. This is the prime breeding season! The date is Friday February 6. We will meet at the Visitor Center/Gift Shop at 3pm sharp. We will leave at 3:30 and should be back around 5:00 to the parking lot. It is about a 3 mile roundtrip walk with some walking on loose sand.

Cameras are welcome, umbrellas are not allowed so dress appropriately. There is no fee. You tell the kiosk when you enter that you are there for the after hours with Michelle McCune and fees are waived. Donations to the park are of course fine!

Please only sign up if you are confident you will be able to attend.
