Welcome to SD Cali-isthenics! This group is for anyone who wants to build strength, improve mobility, and stay accountable through outdoor calisthenics workouts. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, we welcome all skill levels to train together in a fun and supportive environment.
Our meetups focus on bodyweight exercises, movement skills, and progressive training with no gym required. Expect group workouts, challenges, and a chance to connect with like-minded people who enjoy pushing their limits. No coaching, no egos, just a community of people learning and growing together.
