Pal Joey's is a neighborhood bar in the Allied Gardens neighborhood of San Diego. They serve cocktails, wine and beer, but no food. They'll allow food to be brought in; there's a really good taco shop next door that will actually deliver your food, and then there's Fosters Freeze Ice Cream shop for dessert!
