Pal Joey's is a neighborhood bar in the Allied Gardens neighborhood of San Diego. They serve cocktails, wine and beer, but no food. They'll allow food to be brought in; there's a really good taco shop next door that will actually deliver your food, and there's also a Foster's Freeze for burgers, sandwiches and, of course, ice cream.
