This week we are reading "They were 11!" and the short sequel They were 11!" Continued - Horizon of the East, Eternity of the West.

SYNOPSIS:
They Were 11! is a sci-fi suspense story set in the distant future, where ten young candidates from different planets are selected for the final entrance exam to an elite interstellar academy. Their assignment is to survive together for 53 days aboard an abandoned spaceship to prove they can function as a team. However, once the test begins, they realize there are eleven people on board instead of ten. With no clear explanation and no one admitting to being the extra, distrust and tension slowly build among the diverse group.
