Evening Reset is a gentle, guided hypnotherapy experience designed to help you:

  • Release stress and mental chatter from the day
  • Calm your nervous system and feel safe to rest
  • Rewire your subconscious mind for deep, rejuvenating sleep
  • Wake up feeling clear, grounded, and renewed

You’ll be gently guided through subconscious release and powerful mental imagery to help you unwind from the day and prepare your body and mind for restorative sleep. You'll finish feeling calm, safe, and supported—ready to drift off with ease.

This is more than just relaxation. It’s nervous system healing through the subconscious mind.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy helps you access a deeper part of your mind—where stress patterns are stored and true healing begins. It’s safe, natural, and deeply restorative. Think of it as meditation with a purpose: guiding your mind toward a specific outcome—in this case, releasing the day’s tension and restoring your inner balance so you can truly rest.
