Donations will not be necessary for this event. Many thanks to those who were willing to contribute.*

The main reason for the number attending is for better socializing!

✔Enter the 1st parking lot on the left where the boat trailers park! Then proceed thru the narrow One Way opening to the larger 2nd lot & immediately park! If you're able to park near the Bougainvillea covered wooden canopy to unload your vehicle, if necessary? We will be at the farthest West fire pit.

Sunday Evening Fun, Games, & a Bonfire!!
✔If anyone already has a Horseshoe set that wouldn't mind bringing it for 2-person teams for competition?**

I✔OF PARTICULAR IMPORTANCE: If anyone has access to LARGE PRE-SPLIT LOGS, they burn the slowest & last the longest!
✔The Bonfire will end around 10pm or when all the wood is burned & the fire is completely extinguished with the aid of the remaining folks present!

Late arrivals may want to leave their firewood in their vehicle, just in case those who arrived early brought enough to last through the evening. Please check with Raymond or Kelan first. The extra firewood will be used later in the Summer!

✔Bring your favorite Beach or Camping chair, blanket, and some marshmallows, to roast over the fire. The 3' long disposal woiden skewers are ideal! Items for S'mores: Graham crackers, Hersheys chocolate, or better yet Betty Crickers' Hersheys Chocolate Frosting is a great alternative to the chocolate bars!

This is a relaxed social event—perfect for unwinding, meeting old friends, making new ones, and enjoying the scenic waterfront views!

Raymond will be securing a fire pit early in the morning to set up, so If anyone would like to come early and keep him company, he would appreciate it?

Important Details:
✔NO GUESTS ALLOWED! This event is intended only for SD Sociables' Members, so if someone is not a current member they Must sign up to join first!
✔This is Not a Potluck– Please bring your own food, beverage, a small individual cooler with ice, if necessary, (absolutely no glass bottles and no alcohol), napkins, plates, utensils and anything else you might need, including your own trash bags to ensure you pick up all of your rubbish to keep the Beach Clean! There are multiple trash bins nearby.

**Games Included!•▪︎ - We’ll have Frisbee & Ring Toss. A Horseshoe set would be great to have? Feel free to bring any other games you would like to Share with Everyone Allowed to participate! Please, no one should be excluded? ***

✔Seating & Warmth - Bring a Beach or Camping chair, blanket, hat,, and a light jacket, sweater, or sweat shirt for extra warmth.**

• Bring Firewood! - even one or two bundles, it will help to keep the Bonfire going long into the night! Plus it will be greatly appreciated by everyone!*

✔Wooden pallets are acceptable, only if they're completely broken down and all the nails have been removed for safety reasons (to barefoot beach goers during the day) and possible hefty fines.

✔Attendance is capped at 33, for better socializing!*
Only those on the “Going” list may attend – Please do not show up if you are not confirmed and Please No Guests only SD Sociables Members, they Must sign up first!** Absolutely No Party Crashers Are Allowed! You Will Not Be Welcomed!

PLEASE KEEP YOUR RSVP CURRENT - Avoid being a no show or same day drop off. A 48 hour minimum notice is required to cancel, thereby preventing others from attending!

• NO: Children, pets, glass bottles, alcohol (due to possible fines), or pallets with nails!
  *And last of all take in and enjoy the Picturesque View of the Downtown Skyline, especially at night!

Restrooms are a short distance away.
There is plenty of free parking! Oversized vehicles & RVs should park on the street to avoid getting a ticket. Also, head into a parking space, don't back in to risk of getting a ticket!

✔Rain cancels the event, but it will be rescheduled at a later date.
