This Friday, Shivika Sood of Service Design Drinks Toronto is representing Canada in the Swiss Service Design Week 2026 "World Tour" Edition, a week-long global celebration featuring service design community leaders from Singapore, Ukraine, Iran, France, Mexico, and the US.
Join us to tune in together (virtually) for Shivika's 30-minute lightning talk: 3 hard-earned lessons from over a decade of service design work across the public and private sectors; followed by a live community Q&A.
