In fast-paced organizations, investing in our relationships can often feel like it slows us down. But the truth is that our projects only move at the speed of trust and connection. And nothing builds trust and connection better than attuned empathetic listening.

In this interactive mini-workshop, SDD member Josh Stein will guide us through a series of experiential “mini-experiments” where you'll explore how the quality of your listening affects the quality of your connections with each other. While he can’t teach you to become a deeply attuned listening badass in one session*, you can expect to leave with a few strategies and insights you can apply in both your work and personal relationships.

Hopefully this will help you foster alignment and navigate the sticky moments with a little more ease so you can better move the things forward that matter most.

Depending on how interested people are, Josh has offered to lead more, possibly deeper, workshops for us in the future.

Josh Stein is the founder of The Awkward Leadership School and has been training and coaching people in authentic communication and deep listening for over a decade.
