A service designed for the front lines of democracy | Case study deep dive
Details
This November, we’re spotlighting a Toronto-based team whose work was recognized at the 2025 Service Design Global Conference for A Service Built for the Front Lines of Democracy.
This case study will explore what it takes to apply service design to complex systems, where people, policy, and public service meet. You’ll get an inside look at how service designers co-created with field staff and citizens to modernize democratic processes, making them more human, inclusive, and resilient.
We’ll also share a short SDGC 2025 recap to open the night - highlighting the talks, speakers, and key takeaways.
