How many licks does it take to...oh, never mind.

i counted up to 103 before, then i bit it, and i stopped counting my pop sickle licks thanks to that commercial. >.< Its harder then it looks to reach the center of my tootsie pop without biting it!!

What do you feel you can contribute to this group?

Hopefully, I would like to meet other programmers, and learn from each other, and grow into the industry. That way we can progress with one another. Also help any other person I can to the best of my abilities.

What would you like to get out of this group?

I would like to networking with people in the industry, or aspiring to be in the industry. That way I will be better connected to the people around me who are in the same field as me.

How long have you been in (or preparing for) the game industry?

Currently I am a Devry University student, studying Game Simulation Programming (GSP). and I am nearing my graduation, and looking for anyway to expand, and get my name out their. I am also studying some other programming languages on the side, learning how to use the Unity Game Engine, and working on a side project, that I hope to use on my future portfolio to be prepared, and ready for the video game industry.

What's your primary field of interest/experience?

Video game programming. its still rather broad, and im still experimenting on what I prefer to do, but so far, I would say its programming characters. I love having the power to create, and control their movements, and giving them new abilities that react, and move smoothly to what I want it to do.

Hi everyone My name is Alex, and I am studying to be a video game programmer, and enjoying every second of it. It really is a fun, and rewarding career, and I hope too meet like minded people who hold the same passion as I do, as well as network.
