Details
Rattlesnake Creek Trail in Poway
Join me and my dogs on a Halloween themed walk in Poway. Please feel free to dress your dog for Halloween. This is an easy 3+mile loop trail that we can do a 2nd time if we like. Old Poway Park will be decorated for Halloween and we will take advantage by taking photos of our pups at staged Halloween backgrounds.. We will take photos at the start of our hike in case some of us want to do the loop a 2nd time. We will meet at the Gazebo at Old Poway Park. We will walk through the park and a short portion on Midland Rd. Then onto the dirt trail that will take us to Tierra Bonita Road, passing the Poway Rodeo grounds and Llamas. It is mostly level with a minor hill, making this an easy hike. This is a 3+mile loop trail that we can do a 2nd time if we like. You're welcome to leave after the first loop. There are restrooms at the start of our hike at the park.
Dogs must be leashed at all times and retractable leashes are discouraged.
