Intro to GarageBand Recording Software w Tim Poulin

GarageBand is one of the most popular DAWs for recording music or podcasts. It is free on most Apple devices, and is a great way to start recording quickly and easily. While not considered "professional" it also a great stepping stone to Logic and other pro DAWs.
We are very excited to have Tim Poulin leading this training, he has over 20 years experience teaching musicians including music courses at local colleges. This class will be suitable for beginners, or for those with some experience. When you RSVP you will be asked about your level with Garageband, please answer so Tim can tailor the MeetUp to the attendees. Tim also teaches piano, composition, theory, and ear training.
The night will include a tutorial, and time for Q&A. We will also allow some time to listen to your home recordings and offer advice. Our goal is for you to be able to record a song by the end of the night.
