This is an intermediate-level session.
We focus on structured volleyball (6v6), so you should already know the basics of rotations and positions, or be motivated to learn and improve 🙂
No need to be perfect at all, just come with the right mindset 👍

If you are completely new to volleyball, this session might feel a bit difficult, so we recommend joining a more beginner-friendly session first.

🏐 Session format
15:00 – Warm-up and drills (around 1 hour)
15:30 to 16:00 – Start of games depending on the number of players
Then full games until the end
The goal is to have real rallies and structured team play, not just casual hitting.

About the group

🗣️ English and Japanese mix, Japanese players are very welcome
