Women's Inner Balance Mini-Retreat

Join us for the upcoming Women's Sacred Circle Inner Balance Retreat is this weekend Saturday 2/22 at 2pm.

The number 222 symbolizes balance, harmony and co-creation. It can be a reminder to maintain balance in your life, such as in your relationships and work; and within - in your body, mind and spirit. It also encourages us to trust in the Universe's Diving timing.

This is your invitation to join us to release resistance - let go of anything holding you back, deepen your connection to your highest self, and to step fully into your soul's calling or purpose.

Please join us from 2pm to 5:30 pm.

We will be practicing:
Meditation, gentle yoga, Music/Mantras, Healing Soundbath, Health & Wellness coaching, Divine Feminine Hypnotherapy, Shamanic breathwork, yummy foods and drinks and so much more!

***Please note, you'll want to dress comfy and warm, as we will be outside (check the weather that morning, because it's sometimes warmer than expected). Bring your yoga mat, pillow, comfy blanket, socks and eye cover/eye mask. Also bring a refillable water bottle to hydrate throughout the afternoon.
