What we’re about

Welcome all who are interested in meditation. No experience necessary! After training in Khanom, Thailand with Osho Sannyasin Naresh, my goal is to share Osho meditation practices with all who are called. Osho believed the Western mind was far too busy to simply quiet down on its own, so he developed several dynamic meditations using movement and music to clear the mind and induce a meditative state. Each meeting will include an introduction to the method, and a 60 minute meditation. Meditations will be outdoors, so please dress appropriately, use insect repellent if desired, and bring a towel or yoga mat to sit/lay on. Meetups canceled if weather is bad.
