💐Kayaking/Potluck at Marsh Creek State Park💐

Update: meet at the women’s room near the snake bar, and not access from the ranger’s station.

Bring your own equipment or rent for the paddle. If you want to just attend the potluck picnic that is fine also.
Before 10:00.
Get your gear ready and near the launch.
Drop off your equipment or rent and meet us across from the ranger’s station (see picture) so we can go out on water by 10:00.
10 AM Launch kayaks
We will be kayaking straight across to the very end of the lake to take some pictures, snack, and hydrate. We will be taking some breaks along the way.
If you are running late text me and meet us on the lake.
I will be wearing a white shirt, and pink legging tights.

Adult only event. Invite your friends. All are welcome.

Suggested Supplies:
1. If bringing your own equipment, be sure to get a permit.
2. Life jacket must be with you in the water.
3. Sunscreen
4. Bug spray.
5. Water shoes, old shoes, or anything that you don’t mind getting wet on your feet.
6. Hat- Sunglasses w Croakies
7. Wear Light clothing that will dry. Cotton is not good.
8. Towel
9. Water

2:00 - 5:00 PM Potluck
Meet near the lake across from the ranger’s station ( see photo). Please label your food vegetarian, vegan, or meat, for those who have food allergies.

Suggested Supplies for Potluck
Bring a lawn chair, plate, drink, silverware, and a dish to share. No alcohol is allowed per park rules. Mark you dish with ingredients for those with food restrictions. vegan/ vegetarian / meat / nuts etc.
