Join us for July Sea Drinks with guest speaker Keith Matassa, founder of the Ocean Animal Response and Research Alliance (OARRA)!!

OARRA was formed in 2020 to further the understanding of the marine environment and nearshore habitat, its uses, and the multivariate threats to the health of its inhabitants. OARRA monitors and surveys living marine animals and responds to floating and stranded marine animal mortalities.Through data collection and research OARRA aspires to find links between the cause of death of marine mammals and sea turtles and the ever-changing hazards presented to them. Join us as Keith shares with us his interesting work and what it reveals to us about our modern world and the impact on our local marine life.
