Cancer CAREGIVER support Group: The caregiver class is designed to provide education, emotional support, and practical skills to those caring for loved ones with cancer. Its purpose is to help caregivers feel confident, informed, and supported by teaching effective communication, symptom management, stress reduction, self-care, and navigation of resources. The class creates a safe space for caregivers to learn, ask questions, share experiences, and build a strong support network so they can provide the best care while also protecting their own well-being.
