This is your chance to get a sneak preview (admittedly a heavily biased one) of SIGIR 2022! Twenty papers with co-authors based in The Netherlands will be presented at SIGIR 2022. The June session of SEA is a very special event featuring a sample of these awesome papers.
Current lineup:
- Daria Alexander (RU) - ORCAS-I: Queries Annotated with Intent using Weak Supervision
- Marzieh Fadaee (Zeta Alpha) - Unsupervised Dataset Generation for Information Retrieval
- Emma Gerritse (RU) - Entity-aware Transformers for Entity Search
- Maria Heuss (UvA) - Fairness of Exposure in Light of Incomplete Exposure Estimation
- Jin Huang (UvA) - State Encoders in Reinforcement Learning for Recommendation: A Reproducibility Study
- Antonios Minas Krasakis (UvA) - Zero-shot Query Contextualization for Conversational Search
- Nirmal Roy (TUD) - Users and Contemporary SERPs: A (Re-)Investigation
- Clemencia Siro (UvA) - Understanding User Satisfaction with Task-Oriented Dialogue Systems
We are using Dory as our Q&A management system for this session due to the large number of talks. Please follow this link to add your questions and join the discussion!
