Overnight Stay 16th/17th June

This meet-up is people who plan to stay overnight this weekend. It is is for people who are doing the weekend trip and for people who do not wake up early on Sunday so want to come a day early for the walk.

The RSVPs for this meet-up have been closed because the number of rooms available is limited, if you are keen to come along , please send me a message and I will see what I can do.

Accommodation has been arranged in two places.

The Rose Revived, this is at New Bridge where we complete the Saturday walk. The second is at the Ferry Man’s Inn , 2.5 miles from Rose Revived and we pass the ferryman on the way of Segment 12. There is a taxi available to get from Rose Revived to Ferry Man.

Room allocations for the Weekend

@ the Rose Revived

Room 1: Sue B - King Size Bed with Ensuite
Room 2: Iain B – King Size Bed – Partial Ensuite
Room 3: Bhumika – King Size Bed – Partial Ensuite
Room 4: Lily , Neetha & Alison – Family Room , 1 King Size Bed, Two Single Beds – Partial Ensuite
Room 5 : Richard & Nic – Twin beds room , with just wash basin
Room 6 : Julia and Kate – One King Sized bed and a Z-Bed (This is probably like a camp bed) – Full Ensuite

Partial Ensuite means the room has shower/bath but the loo is down the hall.
There is an additional shower/baths in the building for all to use.

The prices are £60 for a Single, (Sue pays £65 as she has an Full ensuite)
£35 per person for Twin Share
£25 per person for the triple share

@ Westview B&B

This place is half way between Rose Revived and Ferryman and it is a regular B&B

Price is £45 per room

Dinner on Saturday

Dinner for 19 people has been booked at the Rose Revived for 7:30 pm

Everyone staying at Ferryman or Westview B&B will be picked up by Vineet and Martin at 7:15 from Ferryman and driven Rose Revived. It is the same arrangement to get return to the accommodation after dinner.

Sunday 17th

Vineet and Martin to pick up everyone staying at Ferryman and Westview at 9:30 am and drive to New Bridge.
