Seattle Bitcoin Devs Series 4 - Socratic Seminar

Hello all, the 4th Seattle Bitcoin Socratic Seminar will be held on Feb 28 at the Coinme (https://coinme.com) office in downtown Seattle.

8:30 to 9:00 - socializing/networking

Socratic seminars are group discussions about a wide range of bitcoin-related topics. Pull requests, new papers, security vulnerabilities and other topics are discussed at socratic seminars. RULES:

1. This will be a Bitcoin (BTC) only event. We will only be discussing Bitcoin and auxiliary technologies that respect the Bitcoin Blockchain and UTXO, like Lightning, Liquid, Simplicity, Statechains etc (in other words, no altcoins, no "blockchain technology" for anything other than Bitcoin).

2. No video recording or photographs of the attendees or speakers.

3. Chatham House Rule applies.
