February invites us to soften, open, and reconnect — and this Mat & Mingle is an invitation to do just that.

Join us for a gentle, heart-opening yoga practice designed to release tension in the chest, shoulders, and upper back while creating space for deeper breath, ease, and awareness. Through slow, supported postures and mindful movement, we’ll explore openness with care and intention.

This practice isn’t about pushing limits or striving for intensity. It’s about creating space for presence, compassion, and connection — both within yourself and with others.

After class, stay and mingle in a relaxed, welcoming space, where conversation and community unfold naturally.
