About us
We bring people together to have fun, feel good, and build real connections through shared experiences.
At the heart of Seacoast Living Well is community. Everything we do is designed to support overall wellness with a strong emphasis on connection and friendship — creating welcoming, low-pressure ways for people to spend time together and get to know one another.
Dining out is a central part of our community. Many of our gatherings revolve around shared meals, because food brings people together in a simple, meaningful way.
Alongside meals, we also host yoga, gentle movement, walking meditations, salt cave visits, shows, and other fun, feel-good experiences that support well-being and bring people together in different ways.
Whether you’re joining us for a meal, a movement-based gathering, or something new, you’ll find a friendly, inclusive group focused on connection, enjoyment, and building genuine relationships — one gathering at a time.
In addition to posting our events here, we also are posting on our Facebook group. Follow us there as well! Seacoast Living Well | Facebook

Jimmy’s Local Artist Series: YellowHouse Blues Band
Jimmy's Jazz & Blues Club, 135 Congress Street, Portsmouth, NH, USJoin us for a fun night out at Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club as part of their Local Artist Series,
The YellowHouse Blues Band is a 9-piece, high energy blues & blues rock band with horns and multiple vocalists, known for putting their own take on popular songs and making them their own. From the Seacoast of NH and ME, they have performed sold-out shows all over New England. They have an ever changing setlist where you can hear music from blues legends like Howlin’ Wolf and B.B. King, to Motown stars like Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder, and modern day artists such as Eric Gales, Tedeschi Trucks Band and Joanne Shaw Taylor.
Seating is first come first served so I plan to be there when doors open at 5:30 and we can have a bite together eat from their pub menu.
🎟 Tickets:
This is a general admission show.
Tickets are $24.75 and you need to purchase your own ticket. The band is very popular so buy your ticket before they sell out. Comment when you have your ticket.

🎶 Portsmouth Porchfest – Music, Walking & Good Company
Porchfest Meeting Area, 39 Richards Ave,, Portsmouth, NH, USJoin us for an afternoon exploring Portsmouth Porchfest, a free community music festival that turns neighborhoods throughout Portsmouth into stages for local musicians!
We’ll meet at 12 PM at 39 Richards Avenue, which is in the Orange Zone of the Porchfest map.
From there, we’ll wander from porch to porch, checking out different musicians and enjoying the neighborhoods along the way. Check out the map here: Map & Schedule · Portsmouth Porchfest 2026
We’ll plan to explore the music for a few hours, and at some point we’ll make our way toward downtown and find a spot for a late lunch/early dinner together.
### 🎵 What to Expect
Porchfest is a walking music festival, with musicians performing at homes and other locations throughout Portsmouth. There’s no set itinerary for us — we’ll see where the music takes us!
Please be prepared for lots of walking. Wear comfortable shoes! Performances are spread throughout the neighborhood, so we’ll be on our feet and moving between locations for much of the afternoon.
### 🚗 Parking – Please Plan Ahead!
Parking could be challenging during Porchfest, so please allow plenty of extra time to find a spot and walk to our meeting location.
Good options near our starting point include:- Masonic Temple Public Parking Lot – Middle Street & Miller Avenue – A convenient option near the Orange Zone, but it is a relatively small lot and may fill quickly.
- Parrott Avenue parking area – Another good option and close to our starting point at 39 Richards Avenue.
- Hanover Street Garage – 34 Hanover Street – A larger downtown garage, but expect a longer walk to our meeting point.
- Foundry Place Garage – 100 Foundry Place – Another larger garage option if closer parking is full.
Because this is a popular community event, please don't plan to arrive right at noon. Give yourself enough time to park and walk over so that we can start exploring the music together at noon.
Weather note: Porchfest is an outdoor event and is on rain or shine - but I will likely cancel if the weather is bad!
