Come join us for Slow Flow Yoga, a 50-minute in-person class designed to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect.

In this gentle, mindful flow, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and release stress while creating more ease in both body and mind. This class is open to a variety of experience levels, with supportive options offered so you can make the practice your own.

This class is included for Rasayana Yoga Founder and Flow Members. The drop-in rate is $18.
