Mindful Walking in Nature (Rye, NH)
Details
This guided walking meditation blends mindfulness, breath awareness, and connection to nature. As we move through Odiorne Point State Park’s coastal trails, you’ll be invited to notice sound, sensation, rhythm, and the subtle shifts of the natural environment.
Walking meditation supports stress relief, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of presence. Our time together will include a grounding opening, themed awareness segments, quiet pauses, and a closing reflection.
Perfect for anyone seeking calm, clarity, and a restorative outdoor practice.
