Are you growing nettles, comfrey, and red clover but don't yet know how to make them into herbal infusions? Come learn so you can get the most nutrition and health possible from some of those tough, perennial, permacultural herbs!

Along with information and discussion, our time together will be hands on - we will make infusions, taste some already brewed, see, smell and touch the herbs.

Featuring stinging nettle (urtica dioica), comfrey (symphytum uplandica), oatstraw (avena sativa), linden flower (tilia spp), and red clover (trifolium pratense). Nourishing herbal infusions, pioneered by herbalists Juliette de Bairacli Levy and Susun Weed, are long-brewed teas using dried herbs high in vitamins and minerals. These are herbs that we can grow ourselves or easily obtain.

COST: sliding scale of $15-40. A nonrefundable deposit of $10 will hold your place. Please bring cash or check to pay the rest.

LED BY: Amy Antonucci has been studying and using herbs for health for 30 years with herbalists including Susun Weed, Rosemary Gladstar and Deb Soule. The plants themselves are often her best teachers.
