We’ll also talk about the different qualities leaders look for in a consumer designer vs an enterprise designer, how stakeholders are similar or different between the two types of design, the balance between speed vs scale, and how design processes evolve to account for these competing demands.

Caryn Wille
I’m a Staff UX Designer at Google, working on Google Cloud Platform, as well as the co-founder of Seattle Women of Design & UX Meetup group.

Since 2011, I’ve worked on both consumer and enterprise products at small start-ups, nimble agencies, and organizationally complex corporations. No matter how unique the request, I have yet to meet a project that doesn't benefit from a keen understanding of the people the experience is being built for. My strengths in storytelling and bringing clarity to complexity enable me to rally teams to focus on the right things. This ensures my teams build experiences that solve real problems, and make customers' lives easier in the process.

Ivelisse Capellán Heyer
I'm Ivelisse /EE-VAY-LEES/ a designer with a passion for problem solving, exploring user interactions, and building web and mobile applications.

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and I moved to the United States in January 2016 with the purpose to keep growing professionally and to have the opportunity to collaborate and build amazing products.

I have an interdisciplinary background with a bachelor's degree in chemistry and a masters in cultural management and administration. Currently, I’m a designer in the Cloud Experiences Studio, designing products on the Microsoft Azure space. Previously, I had the opportunity to work in consumer facing experiences at Alaska Airlines and Windows Design team.

With my enthusiasm for UX, I want to ignite others around me to learn and fall in love with the technologies that they use in their day to day lives. Outside of work, my main passion is to spend time with my family and friends. Also, I enjoy writing, reading, trying new places to eat and hiking throughout the Pacific NorthWest.
