🎤 Guest Speakers: Charlie Buffum and Craig Harger. Charlie and Craig’s quest to locate the remains of Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry’s first command, the USS Revenge, began in 2005. After discovering the wreck in a treacherous passage off Watch Hill, Rhode Island, they completed nearly 100 dives to document artifacts and confirm the ship’s identity. The historic find was announced on the wreck’s bicentennial in 2011, and they continue to support the U.S. Navy History and Heritage Command with ongoing mapping and excavation of the site.
